The Better Chicken Concept invests in improving the user experience on the brand’s website and mobile app

The Best Chicken Concept has invested in a completely revamped website and enhancements to its existing mobile app, furthering its commitment to a more user-friendly digital experience.

The new website has been redesigned to improve and modernize the look and feel for users, while making the menu, loyalty program and ongoing offers and promotions more accessible to visitors. The updated site was also designed to include dedicated landing pages for each Wing It On! location, allowing customers to call, order online, or schedule catering to their nearest location with the click of a button.

In addition to website enhancements, later in the first quarter, Wing It On! will also launch the latest version of its mobile app to ensure a more rewarding experience for our fans. App enhancements enhance the customer experience by making it easier to create and customize orders and delight in timely and engaging reward notifications.
